Recycle waste CD/DVD system

This system can make the watse CD/DVD to the clean and 

clear PC basic material as picture. 

Only by sand belt and water, without any chemical.

Basic equipment for the recycle waste CD/DVD system:

For recycle DVD system need machine:

Feeding CD Machine 1 Piece： This machine is for sending the waste CD  to the Grinding CD&DVD Machine. It can made a suitable distance for each CD&DVD, for ensure the machine running well.

Grinding CD Machine 3 Piece: This machine is for remove the metallized coating and printing on the disc surface, for get the pure PC disk.

Washing CD Machine 1 Piece: This machine is for clean the metallized coating and printing cover from the waste DVD, by water and the brush. Then can get the dry and clean clear disc from this machine.

All this machine need work by connection as picture show.

Last need the Cross out margin machine 1 Piece; It easy cross out the margin from the waste compact disc. 

Cut off the margin, is easy for separate the DVD disc by Dissection Machine. So this step is prepare for the DVD disc run on Dissection Machine. Another reason for cut off the margin for the disk is: there is some glue on the margin when DVD production.

Dissection DVD Machine 1 Piece; This machine is for split up the DVD from one piece to two piece.

Feeding DVD Machine 1 Piece; This machine is a conveyor , for feeding the dvd from Dissection DVD Machine to Grinding CD&DVD Machine. The waste dvd disc after out of Dissection DVD Machine is two piece, in up and down, so Feeding DVD Machine is make up by two conveyer belt in up and down.
